Fall is a busy time for photographers! Everyone loves how the beautiful, bold fall leaves pop against the blue sky, it is so magical! Whether you are wanting to update your family photos, capture a milestone or freeze this fleeting season, now is the perfect time to plan ahead! My fall sessions are limited and always fill up quickly, so if you’ve been envisioning autumn colors, playful and connected family moments, let’s make it happen!
Tips For a Successful Fall Session
- Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly! The weather can be tricky that time of year and change quickly. Bringing layers is always a good idea! Think base layers, sweaters, tights, gloves, cute jackets, hats, scarves. Wool is warm and there are lots of really cute wool items out there!
- Bring a warm drink! Maybe some tea or hot coco, that can help little ones warm up and have something to look forward to when they need a little break.
- Let go of ridged expectations. This will benefit everyone! Show up ready to engage, connect and play with your loved ones!
- Be willing to be flexible! The weather that time of year is unpredictable and a reschedule or two may happen!
When Is The Right Time To Book Fall Photos?
I know it seems crazy… but NOW! Fall sessions fill up SO quickly so ensure you get a spot you want to book ahead! A signed contract and the non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to officially reserve your requested date.
