These sessions are SO much FUN!
Every winter I host my children’s portrait event! I rent out a studio and set up my simple black backdrop and create magic! My goal with these sessions is to capture the very essence of your child. I never ask children to smile, or force them to be anything other than themselves, however they show up that day.
I LOVE the simplicity, these portraits are absolutely stunning and timeless!
They are incredibly quick, 10 minute sessions! The aim is to get a few really good photos that you absolutely love, print and hang up in your home. When you arrive I immediately do my best to connect and establish trust with your child so that they feel safe to be themselves. I have been doing these photos for 6 years now and have found a pretty good rhythm I run through. I do my best to get a sense of your child and figure out something that will get them to laugh and have a candid smile! Such as jokes, silly faces and noises.
Children sitting up all the way into the teens are welcome to come! If your child tends to need a little more time warming up, please message me ahead up time and I will let you come into the studio a little early to watch the process. I have also found ways of keeping mom or dad close by but not in the photo.

Nope, one time is enough! These are super quick!
